Strawberry Popsicles

Serves: 5-6 popsicles
Vegan!
Ingredients
2 cups
Sliced strawberries
1/4 cup
Granulated sugar
1/4 cup
Water
2 tablespoons
Lemon juice
Step by Step Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until a smooth mixture is formed.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or paper cups, then insert wooden sticks (or other preferred popsicle sticks) and freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Once unmolded, place the popsicles in a single layer on wax or parchment paper. Place the wrapped popsicles into a freezer-safe container. Keeps for 1 week when frozen.
