Roasted Turnips

<p><span class="caps">ROASTED</span> <span class="caps">TURNIPS</span><br /> Preheat oven to 450°<br /> Slice turnips to half inch pieces<br /> Toss in coconut oil and balsamic vinegar<br /> Add one tsp. Of thyme<br /> Season with salt and pepper</p> <p>Roast in a cast iron pan or non stick pan of your choice for 25 minutes, turn your turnips and roast another 5-10 minutes.</p> <p>Finish with chopped parsley and enjoy!</p>
